One day I decided to quit... I quit my job, my relationship, my spirituality... I wanted to quit my life. I went to the woods to have 1 last talk with NATURE."NATURE", I said. "Can u give me one good reason not to quit?""Look around", NATURE said. "Do u see the fern & the bamboo? When I planted the fern & the bamboo seeds, I took very good care of them. I gave them light. I gave them water. The fern quickly grew from the earth. Its brilliant green covered the floor. Yet nothing came from the bamboo seed. But I did not quit on the bamboo. In the 2nd year the Fern grew more vibrant & plentiful & again, nothing came from the bamboo seed. But I did not quit on the bamboo.""In year 3 there was still nothing from the bamboo seed. But I would not quit. In year 4, again, there was nothing from the bamboo see. I would not quit." NATURE said."Then in the 5th year a tiny sprout emerged from the earth. Compared to the fern it was seemingly small & insignificant. But just 6 months later the bamboo rose to over 100 feet tall. It had spent the five years growing roots. Those roots made it strong & gave it what it needed to survive. I would not give any of my creations a challenge it couldn’t handle.""Did u know, that all this time u have been struggling, u have actually been growing roots?" "I would not quit on the bamboo. I will never quit on u.""Don't compare urself to others. The bamboo had a different purpose than the fern. Yet they both make the forest beautiful.""Ur time will come, U will rise high""How high should I rise?" I asked."How high will the bamboo rise?" NATURE asked in return."As high as it can?" I asked"Yes, give me glory by rising as high as u can." NATURE saidNow I realized that what ever is around me is what I want to see. My Surroundings r my NATURE & thus it’s my SOUL. My Soul, who see this & make me feel situational HAPPY, SAD, JOYFUL or DEPRESSED"

Reservation in top institutions
This issue is been debated many times every where and friends
What is your view about it. I don’t know but I support reservation..
Why..
There are several points that has been said in anti reservation campaigns
first point is..It degrades the quality of talent. Because when you give preference to
A 99 mark obtained person over 100 then your are degrading the talent..
So friends I just want to ask the definition of quality in terms of talent..
Do you think that we can judge the talent by deference of 1 mark that 99 mark can be nullified just because 1 mark..
Second why we are crying for better talent ??? because it gives us the technology
And resources which help us to grow this country…but is it possible a uniform growth
If we form a cartel of 10% so called talented people who caters the 100% technical and intellectual need of the nation and the rest will just work as there support system ????
In this situation we can have the best talent in the world but we never grow as a nation.
Because growth of a nation is always determined by the purchasing power parity (PPP)
Of the people of the country….just look around your self and see how many people have got the basic amenity by western standards ??
Third they always talk about equal opportunity. then I just want to say that please who so ever is talking about equal opportunity please take out your child from a posh public school of Delhi and send him to a government school of a remote village of the our country where they have not get a proper sanitation and drinking water and you talk about studies. And then see what will happen to your talented son???
Fourth they say the figure of the senses is too old we can not relies on too old data..
And it is difficult to count the population of India by there cast…then don’t count
The poor and “have not” people but count the rich and so-called talented people
And you will get the data of have not people automatically but they will not do this.
You will surprise to get the data that all the 80% of the talent and money belongs to so
Called upper cast people it is not because they forcefully kept other cast at the bay but because they got better environment to nurture their talent and now they don’t even realize that what it takes to nurture a good talent. And if some of your countryman did not get that environment then they should accommodate them.
And the best example of this is like if in our home some body got ill and doctor advise
That the he need some more milk and nutrition but the available resources are limited then every family member contribute his share of milk to that ill person.
The reservation is same kind of thing but some people think that by giving there share of milk they won’t survive and they will die then there is no solution of this thing only solution that we are witnessing in Bihar, Orisa and west Bengal in terms of “NAXAL”
They are the people who have not get there share of milk and in desperation they are trying there level best to grab the milk by force….
“ jahaan sach na chale wahaan jhooth sahi
jahaan haq naa mile wahaan loot sahi”
just imagine what we will do with the talent which dose not help us to grow but to divide ????????
